The Reading Program

Give your child the tools to read and spell with confidence in just a couple of months.
Our reading program focuses on sounds and is designed for the child who gets bored easily. Our program provides the building blocks to reading and spelling without mundane worksheets and laborious lesson plans.
With a structured and engaging approach, lessons include:

The Resource Shop

We believe in making custom games and lessons for kids based on their learning needs and interests. We want you to have the resources Katharine has made for her students.
Some resources are even made by our students! When an activity or lesson is personalized to a child, kids' motivation and focus can exponentially improve. They will feel like you understand them and that's how Katharine is often able to unlock a child's potential!
Free Phonics Games

Make learning to read fun, easy, and memorable with our free phonics game collection! Games are mobile-friendly and custom made by Katharine for her classes.
These custom games target key early reading and spelling skills:

CVC words (consonant-vowel-consonant)

Digraphs (like “sh,” “ch,” and “th”)

Homophones (words that sound the same but have different meanings)

Memory games to reinforce phonics and vocabulary
