Cancellation Policy

Please notify Katharine when you have to change or cancel.

I will understand because I believe strongly in prioritizing happiness and safety. If something comes up, take care of it first, please.

 

I also want to make sure my schedule doesn't constantly change because that makes it hard to plan for each day and support as many families as I can per week.

 

Therefore, sessions will be nonrefundable if there is no notification received. 

 

Below are the specific policies for each package:

MINI & QUARTER package- session is nonrefundable if notice is not given at least 24 hours beforehand.

​

YEARLONG - session is nonrefundable is notice is not given at least 12 hours beforehand.

​

PODS/GROUPS - Because this is a group session, we will not be able to cancel. But, I can offer one 30 minute catch-up session for ONE missed class.
