Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility and amount may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation. Certain fees, such as registration fees and deposits are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timing. Please refer to the following guidelines:
a. Early Cancellation: Cancellations made before June 1st are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.
b. Late Cancellation: Cancellations requests made after June 1st that are at least 2 weeks prior to the child’s camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.
c. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to camp start date and no-shows are non-refundable. During camp sessions, day absences are non-refundable and make-up days are not available.
d. Documentation: In some cases, we may require supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate, to process a refund or credit request due to unforeseen circumstances or medical reasons.
e. Rescheduling: If your child is unable to attend the originally scheduled camp and the request is made at least 2 weeks prior to camp start date, their enrollment can be transferred to an alternative session subject to availability and any applicable administrative fees.
f. Cancellation by the Company:

In the event that we need to cancel a full camp session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be issued.

In the event that one or multiple days of a session are cancelled, a pro-rated refund amount will be issued based upon the number of days cancelled.
g. Termination: ATWC has the right to terminate services in the event that:

The child or family’s conduct poses a risk to safety and well-being of the instructors, property, or individuals involved.

The child does not meet the necessary criteria for the camp related to writing, behavior, or language. (English language learners need to be able to communicate and understand English.)

Cancellation due to termination is non-refundable.
