Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your child's enrollment in our classes or summer camp, please submit a cancellation request in writing or through our designated cancellation process. 2. Refund Eligibility: The refund eligibility and amount may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please refer to the following guidelines: a. Early Cancellation: If you cancel your child's enrollment more than 3 days before the class or camp date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees. b. Late Cancellation: If you cancel your child's enrollment within 24 hours of the camp start date, a full refund may not be available. However, we may consider providing a partial refund if this is the first or second time it has happened. 3. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as registration fees or non-refundable deposits, may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timing. 4. Documentation: In some cases, we may require supporting documentation, such as a medical certificate, to process a refund or credit request due to unforeseen circumstances or medical reasons. 5. Rescheduling: If your child is unable to attend the originally scheduled class, workshop, or camp, we may consider transferring their enrollment to an alternative session, subject to availability and any applicable fees. 6. Cancellation by the Company: In the event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid.
